Cable Installation Underway

When complete, the Kansas City International Airport New Terminal will have 2.2 million feet of Cat 6 data cable running throughout the facility. That’s enough cable to cover the flying distance, roughly 417 miles, between Kansas City and Chicago. The blue data cables will be installed into all of the wall outlets, card readers, cameras, and display monitors in the New Terminal. Visit our Image Gallery to view more photos.
